This is a large 48 sq meter studio room, modern and well equipped with an large balcony with sweeping views of the Jomtien Sea and Jomtien city.

Budget priced room. 10,000 baht per month. Studio of 32 square meters with queen bed, sitting area, nice kitchen with bathroom shower. New oversized Ice Cold Air-Cond with additional fan. Cable TV and DVD player included. Lock box in bathroom. Computer desk. The condo is located on the 2nd floor of View Talay number 1 building B. Take the time to read the review of this room on the testimonials page. This is a budget price room with no view. View Talay 1 is Located in Thappraya Road, between Pattaya & Jomtien and directions to this building written in Thai can be found on my location page. This was the first View Talay project. It was built many years ago, and continues to enjoy a bustling trade. There are 2 buildings, A & B that share a nice large swimming pool with a poolside restaurant. There is also 24 hour gated, keycard entry and full CCTV security. On the ground floor there are many small businesses to cater for your every need which includes many massage shops and a wonderful Thai restaurant named Antz that delivers door to door. Only minutes to supermarket, nightlife and beach and 6 minutes away from Walking Street by Baht Bus or motorbike taxi. THIS ROOM HAS JUST BEEN PAINTED
