I was in town for a few weeks and since I have rented from Dancewatcher many times before in Jomtien I decided to try his new Pattaya Beach location in the View Talay 6 . The room was wonderful and modern which is just what I was looking for. The locaton was just perfect but the only reason I will not stay there again is the noise from the construction and the large A/C units from the Mall next door. All in all it was everything Dancewatcher said it would be. The lovely Tik checked me in and she is everything you might expect. I would rent again just to see her smile again.

I enjoyed Tik's View Talay 6 Studio and it was everything that she said it would be. I found the room very clean and when I checked in there were many towels, bathroom supplies, water in the refrigerator and even a swan made out of towels on the bed with flowers. Just amazing service. I was worried about the noise from next door but I found it not as bad as some people had been writing about. To make this review short I found the room to be wonderful, the internet connection very good, the kitchen fully fitted out, the king bed was very comfortable, the balcony doors fit tightly and with the heavy curtains I could make the room dark when I wanted it. One of the best things about this room was its location. Right next to the new Central Festival building which offers everything you might expect. My first night there I was walking around the Festival building and met this very pretty little lady which I ended up spending a few nights with. You get a beach pass card when you check in which allows you to walk to Pattaya beach road which is only steps away from the gate. The beach action is amazing to say the least. If you walk to the second road gate right across the street are many beer bars which I spent a lot of time in and found a few real good finds. Trips to Walking Street are very easy if you use your Beach gate access card and take one of the 10 baht buses. Walking street is about 5-10 minutes away depending on traffic. All in all I had a wonderful time and will book again. Tik is so pretty and makes the check in process so easy. Thank you for everything and I will see you again very soon.

I have booked many times with dancewatchers before and once before in View Talay 6. The room I stayed in was modern, fully decked out with many amenities that just made my stay perfect. I had a computer desk to work on and a hard wired internet connection which I just plugged into my Lap Top and I was connected. I was hesitant to book View Talay 6 again because of the noise coming from Central Festival Air conditioning Units but I was more than pleased to discover that Central Festival has made some engineering changes which has reduced to the noise substantially and in fact I cannot even hear it now when I am in my room. The location of View Talay 6 is very important to me because I can walk out the Beach gate on Pattaya Beach Road and the sand is steps away from me or I can exit 2nd road side and the bars are right across the street. Everything is close by including Walking Street. Inside Central Festival I found many restaurants for my every taste. The Movie Theater is great as well. To make a long story short I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I will book again.

I have stayed at least 1 month in each of the following View Talay 6 rooms (16-564, 16-566 and 17-606) and they are as advertised (new, modern and clean). All three are located on the Central Festival Mall (noisy) side of the building however as of mid June the noise became a non-issue. Baffles were installed on six large ventilation fans which were causing the problem. View Talay 6 is a new building with good security and a great location with easy access to entertainment, shopping and the beach. Tik is reputable and speak English very well and she will go out of her way to make your stay in Pattaya a pleasant one.

Just got back from Pattaya 1 week ago and I stayed in one of the Dancewatcher Condos and wanted to share my thoughts of the place.
After 8 years of going to Pattaya 3 times a years I will never stay any place else if is not at the Dancewatcher Condos. LOVED IT I just got from my first stay in my April/May 2010 trip. It was absolutely brilliant. I mean every angle about it was great. The check in the stay the Check out. The Location is perfect. The Rooms were perfect and everything you could ask for.
You can come in thru the 2nd Road side and it had a private entrance on the beach road side that was sweet.
There are lights everywhere and you could turn on or off or dim them all separately. That was nice especially when I had a guest in the room. Very nice and romantic.
My fav is a strong and very cold AC and a big ceiling fan with a remote I might add. I felt so spoiled damit mannnn... lol
The kitchen wow it had a huge fridge for alot of drinks and something I had never seen in a room Pattaya a Microwave. A great sink and it had all the dishes and pots and pans and utensils you could need in a kitchen it was all there to do your thing or get a teerak to hook you up.
The Bed OMFG!!! The bed was I think bigger that a king size. It was like a big play ground. Nice and Very strong. It had this type of custom very high quality pillow top mattress. Very top of the line. Just like the one I have at home. There were cabinets and drawers everywhere. The Wall unit / Closest were perfect for all the shit I always take. I like cloths and take alot with me and there was plenty of room for all my shoes and shirts and hats and everything else. That wall unit covers that whole wall next to the bed and when you close the doors it is mirror from floor to ceiling now that was to cool heheheheee. The TV OMFG the TV was this huge flat screen like 46 or a 50 inch TV. Holy crap that thing was great. With a Surround Sound system all around the room. I fell in love with the TV lol. They have this great and very comfortable Sofa and a table and chairs very confy.
The bathroom has a walk in shower very nice with one of those hand held shower heads that you can move with the hoes. Great toilet like American style and with the water hoes on the side for when you eat that Spicy Thai Food. 55555 Had a big mirror on the whole wall over the sink and a small very convient mirror behind over a little shelf.
Then there is the balcony. Alot of people complain about that they face the Mall and new hotel. Well it did not affect my tip in the least and I was on the 16th floor. I could see the ocean if I looked to my left and I look forward and I could see the town with the mall there below. I don’t see the big deal. Just to sit there was so relaxing. But I for one did not come for the view off the balcony so I could care less what side it faces. But the view is not bad. Oh yeah they have these big thick great curtains that when you close them it blacks out the room. I was like Hellll yeah!!!
All my girls LOVED the room. I could not get them to leave or most of the would call me if they could not work and stay with me or call me at night if they could jus meet me there. Or call me during lunch and come over. They loved it.
The room is so dam clean holy crap I was like wow very impressed it was completely furnished with top of the line furniture.
No bullshit or cutting corners no were, top of the line everything. I totally 100% recommend these condos. And when I go back in August and in the future that is exactly where I will be staying from now on. No more hotels or anywhere else for me. Laterz

My stay in Pattaya at VT6 was awesome. The room was just as in the picture on the website, immaculate and large. The condo is very guest friendly. I was close to everything I needed, there is a store in the condo that carries an assortment of beer, liquor, soda, juice, and snacks. The laundry is incredible and the price and turn around is awesome. I really recommend the cleaning service option, my housekeeper was awesome, always kept me in clean towels and worked around my schedule (which changed daily) . On the premises there was also a salon where you can get massages, facials, pedicures, manicures, etc. I did not get a chance to use the services, but judging from everything else, I am sure it was just as good, I definitely will use the services the next time. This was by far hands down the best vacation I have ever had. Tik arranged transportation to and from the airport, that was great, I really liked that alot. I can't think of anything that could be improved on here, you definitely cannot go wrong, I will use Dancewathers again for all of my future visits to Pattaya.

Thank you very much for making my stay on my recent visit to Pattaya Beach the best I ever had in my over 10 trips to Pattaya Beach Thailand. I will never chose another accommodation for my stay in Pattaya before booking with you. Everything from the airport transportation to Pattaya and dropping me back off for my departure was seamless. You made my stay feel like I live in Pattaya with you as my personal assistance. Your staff that met me after 1:15am (Ms. Tang and Ms. Apple) was very helpful and friendly. Normally when I come to Pattaya I stay at Marriott, Bayshore or Bayview. They are great hotels and I do recommend them, however after my stay with dancewatchers, (View Talay 6) you are at the top of my list of recommendations. The condominium I rented was 16-536 and everything was as advertise if not more. Security was great and very friendly and professional and I love the automated entry at the Beach Road gate. The condominium was so centrally located that you can walk out the front or back and go in any direction and get anything that you need. I rate your service on a scale of one to 10, A 10.
