Key Card Entry.... Most of all my rentals are in View Talay 2 building A, View Talay 5, 6 and 1. When you check in you will be given one or two security key cards which are used to open up the main doors to the building and also used for entry to the pool. They are easy to use as you just put the card up to the reader and it will unlock automatically. If you should forget your card the guard will be happy to open it for you. You will also find in your room an address card for your new room written in English and Thai. This contains your address to your room in case you get lost and is also written in Thai so you can show to any Taxi driver and they will know where to take you. You will find dancewatcters card in your room as well along with many delivery service menus for in-room dinning.
Guests... This is a guest friendly condominium so there are no additional charges to bring guests to your room. Your rental agreement will be for two adults but additional overnight guests are up to you. You can register your guest at the guard’s desk found in the lobby but this is again up to you.
ROOM AMENITIES.... Kitchen...All rooms have a kitchen which is equipped with a micro-wave oven, top burner which will have between 2-4 burners, exhaust fan, large refrigerator and a few bottles of cold water inside or additional items per your request, a hot water heater for your tea or coffee but many of the girls use it to make their instant soup or noodles, Toaster, rice cooker, pots and pans, silverware, plates, bowls, glasses, cups, well to make it simple all the things you might need but if there is anything that you do require just call and I will see what I can do to fill your requests..
Bathroom... Your room will have a shower or a bath and in some cases both. Some of the larger rooms have two bathrooms. You will find a hair dryer, soap, bathroom tissue, mouth wash and an ample supply of fresh towels in your bathroom when you check in.
Bedroom... Two sets of bedding are supplied when you check in and in most cases with extra pillows. Some of the rooms have expensive luxury bedding and if you soil them you will have to replace them. You can call me, Tik for maid service and make an appointment to have your room cleaned and your bedding changed at a cost of 300 baht each visit. At your request I will also take your laundry and return it the next day. Laundry fees are very low in this building and there are many laundry shops on the first floor if you would like to do this yourself. Most of the rooms have bedside dimmers to control the lighting. Stand up room fans are in most rooms or ceiling fans. All rooms have Air conditioners that are cleaned often. You will find at least a 19 inch TV in all of the rooms with a few exceptions and most rooms are equipped with a DVD player as well. No reason to rent DVDs while you stay with me as I have a large collection you can use for free during your holiday. All rooms come with free cable TV and some rooms have UBC satellite TV installed. Different program packages can be selected at your cost. Most rooms have ADSL installed in your room for high speed internet connection and in some cases this is supplied free to the renter and in other cases this is an option at additional cost. You can check with me during your booking inquiry. Most rooms are equipped with a built in security safe.
Additional amenities.. If you have a need for additional amenities while you’re staying in my rooms just let me know and I will have them in your room for check in and in most cases free of charge. Items such as flowers, fruit, liquor or beer, food, and special requests ( link to this special requests page found above ) may have additional charges attached but again just let me know at the time of your booking request. Translation services are available as well and newbie services by dancewatchers. In all rentals TV cable is free with the room and in some rooms UBC as well. A lot of the rooms have Free ADSL internet.
Check In and out times... 24 hour check in and out times are available. Please at the time of your booking supply your flight information and expected time of arrival and check out times. Late check outs in most cases are not a problem if requested at the time of booking.
Length of stay... You may rent my condos by the day, week, month or year. If you would like to extend your holiday here in Pattaya I will do my best to accommodate you. Booking your return visit is encouraged before you check out.
Deposit Charges... In most rentals a booking deposit is required to confirm your reservations. This amount varies but for studios it is about 6,000 baht and for large luxury rooms the amount is agreed upon at the time of your booking request. This is a booking deposit only and forfeited if you should cancel your reservations. If you change your check in dates I will do my best to accommodate your request without the loss of your booking deposit but this may not be an option. Your booking deposit is changed to your rental deposit at the time of check in which covers any and all check out charges. If you have made a 4 month or longer reservation a room deposit equal to one month rent will be required as a security deposit. Short term rentals many not even require a deposit
Check out Charges... Electrical... If not included in your rental agreement your electrical meter will be read at the time of check in and monthly and or at check out. Your electrical charges are 4-5 baht per unit depending on the building you rent in but is a very low charge at most buildings charge above this. Electric charges depends mostly on your usage of the Air conditioners and range from 500 to 4,000 baht for a studio and more if you rent a large one bedroom luxury unit with multiple air conditioning units. The electric charge again is by meter and depends on the amount you use. For short term rentals this charge is taken out at your check out. For longer term rentals your bill is delivered to your room each month by the building staff you can pay it at the close by 7-11 store with a receipt given to me.
Water.... Charges are by meter but are very low. The average cost per month runs from 100-250 baht per month and for short term rentals this is included in the rent. If you are staying long term with me your bill is delivered to your room by the building staff every month and can be paid at the lobby desk or I can take care of it for you.
Cleaning... Your room will be cleaned to a very high standard before you check in and will be cleaned to the same standard when you check out. Your cleaning check out charge for a studio will be 400 baht and for a larger room your charge will be 800 baht. This charge is taken out of your room deposit at check out. You may call at anytime for maid or laundry service.
Laundry... When you check into the room you will find all the bed linens and towels are fresh and upon check out we will send all the laundry to be cleaned. Normal laundry charges are 400 baht at check out but larger rooms could be as much as 500 baht. This charge is taken out of your room deposit at check out.
Damages... Any room damages should be reported as soon as possible and you will be responsible but at the lowest cost. I have never had a problem other than a broken chair or bed so this should not be an issue.
Smoking... Most rooms are non-smoking rooms which is strictly enforced but some rooms are smoking rooms. Please let me know your preferences at the time of your booking and if you are a smoker or not. All rooms have outside balconies and smoking is permitted only on the baclony with the door closed.
In Room Massage... View the new room services page. Several types of massages are offered in Jomtien which includes Thai massage, oil massage which is strong or soft depending on your wishes and they even offer a sexy erotic massage. This is a service offered by independent services and you pay them directly. There are two massage shops in the VT2A building and one in VT6 and they offer foot massages, Thai massage, oil massage and many other styles of massage. You can go to their first floor shop or call for for in-room massage. You can now look at the new room service menu for their contact numbers.
Swimming Pool... The pool in VT2A is one of the best in Pattaya. It is large and even has a section for children. The pool is always clean and very safe to use. It is about 7 foot deep at one end and about 3 feet on the shallow end. There are outdoor showers around the pool and a pool side restaurant which offers deck chair rentals. There are bathroom facilities offered in the restaurant building. At night it is lighted and quiet so it is a nice place to relax and bring a guest.
Thai Phone Rentals... If you do not have a Thai phone or sim card low priced rentals are offered at 500 baht per month. Many people try to use their mobile phone from their home country and find it very expensive to make local calls. This service will save you money as you will find yourself making a lot of local calls. You must also remember that if you use a phone from your home country without a Thai sim card that local people calling you experience an expensive phone bill as well. You also have the option of buying the phone at a very low cost. Phones come with built in camera as well.
Rental prices... Prices are subject to the seasons and bookings. Since some rooms are not owned by me prices change and some specials are offered from time to time. Prices are also dependent on your length of stay, 1 night, 1 week, 1 month, 1 year etc. I will do my best to lock in the best price at the time of your reservation request. My past customers have always enjoyed good prices for my quality rooms. The range of prices for a studio by the month is from 15 - 28,000 and one bedroom prices from 30 - 80,000. When you submit your booking request with your requested room and room number I will be happy to quote you a price for your requested check in date. Service: I pride myself on providing the best service possible and in a very timely manner. When renting one of my condos I will do my best to make your stay the best it can be. The following must be understood.
1. Condo rental rooms are owned by many different owners so changing reservations dates or switching rooms is very hard for me to do. Once money is transferred to the owner it is impossible to do.
2. Noise issues From time to time in the condo buildings someone will start to remodel their room which creates some noise. This is impossible to predict or control. Please do not blame me if this should occur as I have no control over this. The rules that apply in each of the View Talay buildings prevent working on Saturday or Sunday and only allow working Monday - Friday from 9-5.
3. Internet Many of the rooms for rent are equipped with a computer and or internet connections. When there is a problem with the internet and it is not room related we are at the mercy of the internet provider. I will always do my best to get the problem resolved as quickly as possible.
4. Room Safe All my rental rooms have room safes. When you check in you can change the combo by pushing the green button on the inside of the door or some safe units have an extended button on the inside of the back of the door. Push this button and select you new 4 digit combo and then push the bottom right hand button to set the unit. Turn the handle. Do all of this in the open door position. Test your new combo in the open door position as well to make sure you have done it correctly. If for some reason you cannot open the safe call me as I have master keys for all the room safes.
5. Customers who fail to check in on the scheduled date or one day after will loose the room and booking deposit unless notified and arrangements have been made.

I was extremely satisified with the service from dancewatchers. I stayed in diffrent rooms to include the VIP room during my stay. All of them were very good and especially the VIP room. The location is also very accessible, it's very close to the beach and not far from walking street by taxi if that is your destination. There are supermarkets close by if you prefer to do your own cooking, a good selection of restaurants are also within a short distance from the rooms, the weekend market is close by and there is a very good room service menu which delivers up until 3 am and you can order Fast food such as McDonalds and Burger King 24 hrs. Great service and I will stay with them every time I go to Thailand if they are available. Nigel
