Review VT6 room SV1 243/447 February 2010.
I booked with Dancewatchers for the first time for my December 2009 - January 2010 trip. Having always stayed in Hotels on my many previous trips to Pattaya, I thought I would try a condo rental in the VT6 complex as this trip was over a month long. From my first email to Dancewatchers, right through to the day I checked out, the whole process with Dancewatchers could not have been easier, and the price very reasonable. I found the VT6 complex to be in a fantastic position and have great amenities, pool, coffee shop, massage and laundries were all very handy. My condo VT6 SV1 243/447 had a southern view over the water and city, it was fantastic being able to have such a wonderful view everyday. The bed was very comfortable, TV had many channels, lovely balcony and outside setting to enjoy the views, overall a very good room. I highly recommend Dancewatchers service and VT6 complex, I have rebooked with them and will continue to do so.

Room 13-447
This was my second stay in a DW room at the VT6. My first stay was booked at the last minute and Tik did the best she could to accommodate me. I had to switch rooms once and stay my last night in a hotel, but that was because I booked late. This time I learned my lesson and booked in advance.
My flight was delayed and I had some issues with my ride down to Pattaya. None of this was Tik’s fault, but she was able to deal with my late arrival just fine. One of her associates met me in the lobby and we went up to the room. I got a quick tour, paid my bill and was able to take a nap after a long 26 hour journey that started from my home.
The room is done up nicely and the bed is quite comfortable. The furniture is setup nicely so you can have 3 or 4 people over to hang out (or get busy). As always the room has a nice electric safe and plenty of storage for clothes and other items. The only negative (and this is really a minor thing) was that the bathroom lacked any drawers or towel racks! This was a minor inconvenience and I am certain that had I really taken issue with it Tik would have sent someone over to install the towel rack that was under the kitchen sink. :)
The TV is a nice newer unit that allowed me to attach my laptop and use it as an extra monitor. This was nice. The kitchen had enough bowls, plates and utensils for all of my needs. It is nice to have a decent sized fridge over the tiny little ones that many hotels have.
This trip the Vegetarian Indian place was open and I visited a number of times. I hope they are still around for my next trip. I quite like Indian food.
I have already booked another room in VT6 for my next trip over the holidays. I like the location and being next door to the Central Festival Mall is really convenient. The baristas at Starbucks didn’t even need to ask me what my order was on the last day. Same Same! I am pretty sure that DW and Tik will get my business in the future. They provide a great service and the rooms are an excellent value. Bigger room than a hotel and much nicer living style IMO.
At the risk of them not having a room for me the next visit, I can highly recommend staying with Tik and Dancewatcher. I almost want to keep it quite so that I will always have a quality place to stay.

Enjoy stunning sun sets from your large sea view balcony. You even have a view of the Walking Street sign. Nice view of Pattaya Beach and the Pattaya Bay. This has become a very popular condo rental.
