Non Smoking Room When renting this room you agree to the following:
1.This room is equipped with many special items and it is agreed by renting this room that you are responsible for the room and contents and also responsible for any guests you might bring in.
2.Smoking in the room is strictly prohibited by the renter or guests in the room
3.Smoking on the balcony is allowed with the door closed
4.If there is damage to the room or contents you must report it to me (Tik) immediately
5.If you use the mini bar please inform me at check out and the charges are listed below
6.The towels, bedding and mattress are very expensive. Take care to protect them. Do not put towels on the floor or use them for cleaning. If you have a massage in the room please put the large white massage blanket over the bedding to protect it from the oil. You can find this special massage towel under the bed. There is a mattress protection blanket that is on top of the mattress and under the sheets but take care that your guests are not having their period as this would cause blood stains. You are responsible for stains to the bedding and mattress and any damage to the towels. Towels are replaced at 300 baht each
7.Sexy uniforms are available upon request
8.Thai phone is available upon request at no cost. Lost or damage phone is 5,000
9. Lost room keys 500 baht, lost security card 500 baht, lost safe key 800 baht
10. All white dishes in the kitchen are microwave friendly with replacement at 200 baht each
11.Renter will not delete any files from the computer. Renter will not turn the power off for the modem as this is a Wi-Fi station. If you wish to use the Wi-Fi option enter the security code to dancewatchers Wi-Fi (NOT PUBLISHED) Which is changed after each rental and updated here.
12.Room cleaning and laundry just contact me (Tik) for services at 087140XXXX
13.Electric charges: Nightly rates include electric and water but with a 100 baht average use per day limit. Over the limit is paid by the renter. A meter reading will be made at check in and check out. It is hard to exceed the 100 baht limit unless you leave you’re A/C on all the time even when you are not in the room. Monthly renters will have their bill delivered to the door around the 27th of each month and payment can be made at the 1st floor building office. Payment must be made by the 2nd of each month.
14.There are many items in the medicine cabinet in the bathroom. Please feel free to use them at no additional charge.
15.If the renter creates a problem with noise, or disrupting behavior I may enter the room at anytime for inspection.
16.Guests are welcome but you are responsible for them. You may register your guests at the security desk and this is for your protection. If you have a regular then you may request a second set of keys from me.
