I loved this room but even more I loved the location.  Everyting I wanted was right outside the door.  A walk to the beach was easy when Tik gave me a security card to use at the gate. Beer bars were across the street on 2nd road. Central festival right next door.  The room was very clean and full of extras. A cute little girl from Tik's staff checked me in and my vacation was off and running.  I had selected the daily cleaning option and it seemed that a new cute girl showed up every day to clean my room.  I will stay with Tik for all my visits from now on.  Thank you and I loved your place and services.

Stayed at VT6 room 16-565. As ever the room was fine. Notquite up to the spectacular views of the higher level floors I have stayed inbefore, but who comes here to look out the window? I am often asked why a condoand not a hotel room? The pricing is not that different, but honestly I preferthe freedom. But why dancwatchers? The rooms are fine, everything normallyworks, but the real difference is the service. From getting to the condo, tothe day of leaving, the girls do everything they can to make your stayenjoyable. Not in the sense the rest of Pattaya does, but nothing is too muchtrouble. They will arrange just about anything that  you might need through their office inJomtien. But I just used to love the cleaning girls. I looked forward to theirvisits, as they always arrived with a smile on their face and cracking jokes.Miss Tang was the sweety, ever efficient and checking everything was ok. Miss TJwas frankly crazy, but a ball of cleaning energy and fun. I asked her to marryme on more than one occasion, but unfortunately she turned me down. I also waspretty crook at one point, and shall we say the necessary cleaning to bedding and the toilet was aboveand beyond what should be expected. Not a peep of complaint. Within hours everything was sparkling and hygenic. I tipped extra justbecause I felt bad, but they certainly did not expect it.
Accomodation – abolsutely fine and nice to be in a secure centrallocation without the hotel feel. 8/10
Service – top notch. 11/10.
Highly recommended.
