This room has been equipped with double balcony glass to keep your room quieter. This room also has sound insulated walls which helps keep the room at a reduced noise level from other condos . This studio is very well decorated and comes with dancewatchers comfort rating of 5 Stars. Large new 40 inch LCD TV hooked up to UBC with DVD. High speed Wi-Fi and ADSL Internet provided. Queen size western mattress. Very comfortable over size couch for seating, Large fully equipped kitchen, Luxury bathroom with washing machine and large walk in shower. Room 17-610 was a high-quality studio on the 17th floor facing North (towards the mall). The key things I liked:
* Very high quality furnishings throughout (kitchen, shower, washing machine, etc)
* Large mirrors facing the bed
* Bed & linen were softer & *very* high quality (like Westin hotels “Heavenly Bed”)
* Extra soundproofing in room (though you still heard some construction noise at times)
* A proper desk, office chair & *encrypted* WiFi internet (direct ADSL connection also avail)
* Internet was fast enough to do Vonage phone calls reliably, but there were 2 outages for a few hours each during my 3-week stay (apparently these hit much of Pattaya & Jomtien due to problems with the ISP)
* High quality, large LCD TV (1080p) with VGA & HDMI connections for your computer
* Wooden floors were a nice change from the usual tile
* Very good (and clean) air conditioning
* Great lighting for pics of the girls (18 lights & bedside dimmer controls)
* Much smaller electronic gate key than thick credit cards ones from other rooms
* For fellow “clean-freaks”, the vinyl couch & chair allowed easy wipe-downs
* I never used the washing machine; instead I used the unlimited laundry deal from Honey’s in the lobby
Bottom line, this is my new favorite condo that will be my first pick for future trips.

This is my second time to use Tik's service and on this trip I stayed in VT-6 17-610. The room is in excellent condition and had everything I needed for a comfortable holiday. Everything from the A/C to the internet worked great. The building is covered by friendly 24 hour security and has easy secure access to Beach Rd on one side and Second Rd on the other for convenient access to all Pattaya has to offer.
I would also like to mention transportation used for airport transfers. The company I used on my last trip was no longer in service so on this trip I chose VR Taxi found on Dancewatchers site. I booked them about a week in advance of my arrival. My plane was about an hour late, but when I walked out from baggage there was my driver holding a sign with my name on it. The return just as easy, the driver was outside the building waiting for me when I walked out. I will use them again.
Thank you Tik, another good trip in the books. Only regret, I didn't stay for the whole week of Songkran. Next year.
