I recently had the pleasure of staying in room 23-901 in view talay 6 and as per my first stay in a condo rented from Dancewatchers everything was perfect. The process of booking was smooth and efficient. The booked taxi was at the agreed meeting place and one of Tik’s staff was ready for me in reception no waiting anywhere.
The room itself was clean and very comfortable; you could tell a lot of thought had gone into its setup, with everything you could need for a short or long stay. The sofa was particularly comfortable and the table that could be raised to eat from was a good idea. I particularly liked the shower in the bathroom one of the best ones for temperature, flow and pressure I have had in Thailand. The view from the balcony was good with a view of the beach.
Tik’s staff are excellent, when I was in the room when they arrived they were friendly, efficient and did an excellent job of cleaning the room. One day I had a small problem with the bathroom door not shutting properly, I mentioned this to the cleaner when she arrived before I left for the pool (the pool is of a good size and never had a problem getting a lounger) and had a note on the door when I came back 45mins later saying it had been fixed, that what I call service.
The rooms again remain my first choice for visiting Pattaya.
