sIn my opinion View Talay 2 bulding A offers one of the best tropical pool settings in Pattaya.  Pool is cleaned daily and chemical levels are checked each day.  Pool has crisp clean blue water. The far end of the pool has a shallow section with a water fall and the upper section runs from knee deep to the deep end.  There is a very nice Pool side resturant, 2 bathrooms, 2 outdoor showers and many places to sit and relax.
