Having been to Pattaya several times before over the last 10 years, but wanting something a little quieter and more private, on the recommendation of a friend who owns a property in Jomtien, I decided to rent a condo there for this last holiday in March 2010. Searching on Google brought up the interesting Dancewatchers website and I decided to give it a go. Following a phone call, the whole online booking experience couldn't have been easier and I paid my deposit by PayPal which gave me some peace of mind. A E-confirmation followed the same day with an attached Accommodation Voucher. When I arrived in Pattaya some two months later, it took just one phone call and we met in the lobby of the View Talay Building 2A, 10 minutes later. She took me directly to the room (VIP Room) which more than met my expectations and she answered all my queries regarding use of the computer and sound system, etc. The charming Miss Tik advised me about keys, etc. They then both left me in peace and assured me they were only a phone call away should I need anything. Check-out at the end of the stay couldn't have been easier and all my dealing with Dancewatchers were a pleasure and one I wouldn't hesitate to repeat.
I would recommend this condo rental experience to anyone who is looking for privacy, (no walk of shame through reception here!), great facilities, (pool, laundry and restaurants and shops on site) and convenient location offering value for money. I would, however, also advise the hiring of a motorbike for added convenience and flexibilty if you intend to visit north Pattaya often.

I recently used Tik's gift services to get my a girl a phone. I gave Tik the brand and model number and she handled everything else includng delivery. I have also used Tik to transfer money as well as do translation work. Absolutely excellent service! Would I use Tik's gift and translation services again? Definitely yes!!

I spent better than 2 months in Jomtien in Dancewatcher's suites, 3 in all. I found Tik and her team to be attentive in every way. All of the 3 suites I stayed in where clean and complete, if I required an extra pot or pan or towel, Tik was quick to respond, very professional. The View Talay complexes are well kept, with 24hr security, and a great swimming pool. All recommended services on the Dancewatcher website proved invaluable, from transportation, even dining recommendation were excellent. My last few weeks I stayed in there VIP suite, I think you would be hard pressed to find a nicer room anywhere, fabulous bed, luxurious shower, and the best high speed internet I have found anywhere in Asia. Why anyone would stay in a hotel is beyond me, when these facilities are available for the same nightly cost.

My visit before this one I had contacted Tik but she did not have anything available in my price range. I found a condo in the same building for 4,000 baht less and rented it from another View Talay 2 online service. What a horror show. From the minute I walked into the room I hated it. It was nothing like advertised so this time I paid for one of Tik's luxury room apartments and what a difference. Clean room, the mattress was perfect and not the thin hard one from the other company, piles of clean towels, an LCD television with a DVD player, internet in the room, clean bathroom with a rain shower, full kitchen and even a balcony set with an ocean view. You get what you pay for and this vacation was everything I hoped for. I rented the room for a month at only 18,000 baht and my 4,000 baht room deposit was returned at my check out. Thank you Tik and I hope to meet dancewatcher next time. Randy

"When travelling for work or for leisure, it is so reassuring to come across people and companies, who deliver what their web site or company statements say they will do. Here you have such a company in 'Dancewatchers', headed by Tik and her staff. 'Tik' is the lady whom I have been fortunate to liaise with, and I have recently rented a motorcycle from her. The service was immensely professional, being conducted in a polite, reassuring, responsive manner. Everything went smoothly, and any questions were answered with good clarity and an ever helpful approach. The motorcycle itself, was new, and therefore, equipped with good tyre tread and excellent brakes. The processing for taking the motorcycle was quick and informative, and Tik and her colleague, were able to answer all questions. Within just a few minutes, I was donned with keys and helmet, and away to do some shopping.
During my stay, I also took the opportunity to visit Tik's office to check out a couple of her condos, for future possible reservation. Once again, the same courteous service awaited me, as I was shown the rooms, and provided with all the necessary detailed information.
Since returning home, I have also utilised Tik's translations services, and consistent with my earlier experiences, Tik has been ever helpful. The process has been prompt, smooth and conducted in a most professional manner, and fees have been most reasonable and agreeable.
It would be an understatement to say that "I have been absolutely satisfied with Tik's services, from every perspective". I would recommend the "Dancewatcher services" without hesitation and unreservedly. You will not be disappointed, but, rather, happy, satisfied and content in the knowledge that whatever service you have accessed, it will have been of the highest quality. I booked with Dancewatchers for my April 2011 trip. Having booked with Dancewatchers on three previous trips to Pattaya, I thought I would once again book a condo in the VT6 complex. As always from my first email to Dancewatchers, right through to the day I checked out, the whole process with Dancewatchers could not have been easier, and the price very reasonable for a condo that is so well fitted out. I find the VT6 complex to be in a fantastic location and have great amenities, pool, coffee shops, massage and laundries were all very handy. We used the Wee-Laa restaurant many times as they deliver to your room, the Thai food is really good and price very reasonable. My condo VT6 13/445 had a southern view over the water and city, it was fantastic being able to have such a wonderful view everyday. The bed was very comfortable, TV had many channels including TrueVision Gold, in room computer and internet, lovely balcony and outside setting to enjoy the views, overall a very good room with quality fittings. I highly recommend Dancewatchers service and VT6 complex, I have rebooked with them for my next two holidays and will certainly continue to do so.
