Booking deposits are non refundable if you change your dates or cancel there may be nothing I can do for you but as many others will tell you I always do my best to move your dates when requested at no cost to you but sometimes this is not possible as this is a co-op of different owners. Booking deposits and payments are forward to the owners immediately. Cleaning and laundry check out charges apply for each condo booked.. Check out time is 1200 hours.

You will find me very friendly and I will take care of you and your holiday as if you were a member of my family.

Rental Policy and Sample Rental Contract. Most rental contracts are for long term rentals so most of you will just need the condo voucher that will be sent you to after your booking payment has been recorded.

If you select the nightly rates then electric and water are included in your rental. It is very hard to use more then 100 baht for a studio or 150 baht per day for a double room in electric charges but there have been a few who abuse it and keep the A/C on 24 hours a day and even when the balcony door is open. So nightly rates do include electric but have the above limits applied.

STEP 1... Please fill out the booking form found above under my photo.
STEP 2... After you receive my reply and you wish to confirm your reservation a 200 USD booking deposit is required for a studio and a 300 USD booking deposit is required for a larger one bedroom room. Use the Paypal link, ATM, or Western Union link to forward your booking deposit. Paypal is credited instantly and I will then send you your booking confirmations and Check in voucher. If you use Western union just follow the instructions on the Western Union Page. If you wish to make your booking deposit by Thai ATM to Thai ATM use the instruction by clicking on the ATM option. I can also send you a Paypal invoice to your e-mail address. Click on your payment option below to make your booking deposit.

Please be advised that Paypal offers less with the exchange rates and also a fee is charged by Paypal. When sending your booking deposit use the US dollar and any extra money that might come through is applied to your check in account. Right now the dollar is down.
