Booking deposits are non refundable if you change your dates or cancel. As others will tell you I always do my best to move your dates when requested at no cost to you but sometimes this is not possible as this is a co-op of different owners. Cleaning and laundry check out charges apply.

It is very hard to use more then 70 baht for a studio or 140 baht per day for a double room in electric charges but there have been a few who abuse it and keep the A/C on 24 hours a day and even when the balcony door is open. So nightly rates do include electric but have the above limits applied.

Booking instructions. Use the Paypal link, ATM, or Western Union link to forward your booking deposit. Paypal is credited instantly and I will then send you your booking confirmations and Check in voucher. Also you may just send me an e-mail and request a booking and I will send you your invoice which is simple and easy to complete. If you use Western union just follow the instructions on the Western Union Page. Then send me an e-mail and provide the following information. Your full name, Country of origin, Room number you have booked and your flight information so I will know your check in and check out times. If you wish to make your booking deposit by Thai ATM to Thai ATM use the instruction by clicking on the ATM option. I can also send you a Paypal invoice to your e-mail address. Click on your payment option below to make your booking deposit. Send 200 USD for a Studio room and 300 USD for a larger one bedroom Condo. Please be advised that Paypal offers less with the exchange rates and also a fee is charged by Paypal. When sending your booking deposit any extra money that might come through is applied to your check in account. Right now the dollar is down as of January 2010
