Booked unit 18-659 for my holiday and it was a first class experience all around. View Talay 6 is convenient to everything, so no matter what strikes your fancy in Pattaya you won’t have to go far. The condo itself is spectacular. The view is amazing, both day and night. The photos don’t even come close to conveying the beauty of the ocean and city from that vantage point. Inside, the accommodations are nonpareil. The living area is large and bright with comfortable seating, a modern big screen TV and a home theater system with excellent sound. The wi-fi is reliable and fast. The kitchen is fully stocked with every conceivable gadget you could ever need, plus all the usual cooking appliances and a full size chill chest. The bedroom features a second TV, a comfortable king size bed and a massive amount of storage. I definitely don’t travel light, but I barely made a dent in the huge closet, which is thoughtfully equipped with plenty of hangers and your own personal safe. In the bathroom I enjoyed the spacious walk-in shower and stashed my toiletries out of sight in the medicine cabinet. Best of all, there was a washer/dryer that saved me from having to lug my dirty clothes down to the laundry in the lobby. All in all unit 18-659 was as nice as any luxury hotel suite you could book in Pattaya. Considering the gorgeous digs, I think the rental rate represents real value for money. Finally, Tik’s team was a pleasure to work with from the moment they picked me up at the airport until I sadly left Pattaya behind. One day I stupidly locked my keys in the room, but one call to Tik and the problem was sorted in about ten minutes. I’ll definitely book this unit from Tik again.

I have just returned from a 3 week stay in room 18-659 in view talay 6, the whole experience is excellent, prompt responses to any communication, quick and easy check. I paid for the cleaning service and the staff were friendly and courteous and did a good job on ensuring the room was cleaned thoroughly. On the room itself what can one say other than stunning. The lounge had a sofa and a couple of chairs that were very comfortable to relax on whilst watching the big TV. The bedroom had a big comfortable bed with quality linen and plenty of storage, the kitchen had everything you need from appliances to glasses, mugs, pots and cutlery. I thought the bathroom was great with the 3 shower heads being particularly appreciated. I used the Jacuzzi on the balcony a couple of times and it was great to sit out there watching the sun come down, one thing to note it takes a while to fill up. It’s one of the few rooms I have ever stayed in that I could happily live in.
My advice if you want a stay in an excellent room with no hassle with easy booking and excellent staff book one of Tik’s condos.

I am late in submitting my review but let me tell you this room is excellent. It has everything you could possibly want and some. Let me first start by saying when you enter the room you are blown away by all of the space and the HUGE TV! It is definitely a must see. The view from this room is to die for as it is the best I have seen of Pattaya while in Pattaya. The hot tub on the balcony is a very appreciated added touch for visitors too. This time during my visit I did make use of the kitchen which has everything you could possible need. The bathroom was excellent but the surprise during the trip was the bedroom could be completely sectioned off from the living room and the bathroom which I was curious about at first but I took advantage of this as well. The television in the bedroom was a nice added touch too. I really enjoyed my time in this room while on holiday and after looking around not only in Pattaya, Bangkok and the Philippines I can say the price for this room was more than fair for both Dancewatcher and myself. The service provided by the staff was excellent as always. I have come to miss them more than I miss some of the attractions in Pattaya. That is an honest true statement as they all go the extra mile to make sure all of your needs are taken care of while you are there. I did have a couple of hiccups but nothing that was not resolved quickly and definitely will not happen again I know. Tik and her staff are just that great. I can assure anyone who not only reside in this room but any room from Tik will be more than satisfied with the accommodations and the outstanding service provided. They do not treat you as if you are a “one time” customer. They want youth return and recommend to others which I have no problem doing because they are the real deal. To Tik and staff thank you for again making my holiday a dream come true and I will see you again soon!
